RETURN POLICY: ONLINE PURCHASESAll sales are final. BUON’ITALIA accepts returns for refund or exchange for items that were damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must email BUON’ITALIA one day of receipt of the package. The customer must submit a photograph of the damaged items at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the Order Number in the Subject of the email.
SHIPPING GUIDELINESBUON’ITALIA only ships within the contiguous United States. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BUON’ITALIA DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.
PRODUCTSOrders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTSTo ensure the freshest possible quality, all perishable products (e.g. cured meats, cheese, caviar and fresh truffles) will be shipped Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Express Standard Overnight.* Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. The shipping of perishable items do not qualify for free shipping because expedited shipping is required. All fresh truffle and caviar sales are final and non-refundable. BUON’ITALIA is not responsible for any items that have been damaged due to mishandling after receipt.
