RETURN POLICY: ONLINE PURCHASES
All sales are final. BUON’ITALIA accepts returns for refund or exchange for items that were damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must email BUON’ITALIA one day of receipt of the package. The customer must submit a photograph of the damaged items at info@buonitalia.com and include the Order Number in the Subject of the email.SHIPPING GUIDELINES
BUON’ITALIA only ships within the contiguous United States. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. PLEASE NOTE THAT BUON’ITALIA DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.PRODUCTS
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time.
