Ginevra Organic Green Coffee beans are selected from the best quality Arabica origin of Brazil and Central America. The Green Coffee is a dietary supplement made of green coffee extract that may be helpful to support the metabolism. The green coffee is naturally rich in flavonoids, such as chlorogenic acid, and if compared to roasted coffee, it has a much lower concentration of caffeine (100 mg of extract bring not more than 5 mg of caffeine). For this reason it is more suitable for those hypersensitive to caffeine because it has less side effects.
To prepare: Prepare it with a moka or with an espresso machine. Add a tablespoon of green coffee in boiling water, let it steep for 5-10 minutes then strain. Consume before meals (a cup 2-3 times a day).
