Ecotype of trailing bean with a big round-ovoid and uniform white coloured seed; it is also called "Risone" (Paddy). In its waxy state it shows very beatiful, creamy white coloured pods, from where it takes its name. It is a bean difficult to cultivate because of its delicacy in the ripening stage. Qualitatively it is one of the most appreciated "jewels" both for its easiness to be cooked and for its fine taste. It can be used to prepare everything, always with incom-parable results.
