In a medium-mixing bowl combine soft green cheese with 1 or 2 tbs cream, blend until uniform.With a food process mince celery, parsley, chives . Combine with green cheese mixture and blend until smooth and uniform.Add salt, mix well.Lay flat prosciutto slices, spread with obtained mixture, roll and garnish with salad leaves.Cover and set in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
