POLPETTONE DI TONNO


Mince tuna fish and anchovy, pour in a medium mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Stir well till mixture is uniform.Take a white dishcloth, wet it and squeeze well. Arrange tuna mixture over the cloth, roll it up and give a salami shape.tie clothes edges with a cook rope and arrange tuna salami in a pan. Cover with water lightly salted and slowly simmer.Cook covered using low heat for one hour.Let cool down tuna salami dipped in water than, refrigerate.Before serving, roll out tuna salami and slice thinly.Arrange slices on a serving plate and decorate with abundant mayo.
  • 200gr tuna fish

  • 1 slated anchovy (washed)
