PIZZA MARGHERITA


In a medium-mixing bowl combine flour, yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg.Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Quickly knead dough by patting or lightly rolling dough to thin thickness. Cut dough with a glass or biscuits cutter. Place small pizza in a greased and floured pan. PREHEAT the oven to 230°C/450°F. MIX together the garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and pepper. SPREAD a thin layer evenly over the pizza crust. PLACE the cubed cheese evenly on top. PLACE the pizza directly on the oven rack and cook for 10 minutes. CUT into 6 slices to serve

  • 1 oz (30g) mozzarella cheese—cubed

  • 80gr butter

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt

  • pepper

  • 3 tablespoons chopped canned tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
